Off to see some more of India's culture

Hello People

Another weekend another trip away
Travel by car this time for a few hours two weeks ago to a far and distant place
Do you know where it is ?And even managed to overcharge the "Gora" for the ride, cheap at £3 for the day, kids had spent all thier money on school naan so no tip for me
Oops only 5 allowed in a rickshaw at a time , have to pay the £1 fine, life is so expensive when you try to earn a living

Would make a good company car though. and could make some money on the way to work?

Next company car but have to feed and make sure it gets the right blend of water
In touch with the locals again this time with Mrs Pimms on the new transport, honest , a slow waddle to the culture centre .

Will stick the culture piccies on the next post
Delhi Belly and free stay at Hotel F603 for the person with the right answer
Only one rule: You can't of already been told where we went
That should work for all the relatives and friends at work who know.

Still working on the speeches for the Indian Calli society Burns night , any hints and tips would be appreciated.

Apart from , money to buy pimms, and blenders that is ? Perhaps a beer or two , opps Agra not Delhi, such jetsetters you meet here and drinking at lunchtime, tut tut ! Ok then its more of Delightful delhi on show
Some local in the market out shopping for whatever it is they shop for, grass, weed, ganja and any other stuff that is lying around
Our very local veggies shop from our balcony , can even shout the order down and they deliver !

Visiting a place where the great man of india is
Someone told me the ganges flow both ways , down through india and when the tide comes in ,the other way. Very much a saying for the India of today
And just so Mr Blender is not missed out, the check your weight speaking machine near India Gate , didn't know what it said, but it sounded lighter than last time so can have that curry out this weekend?

Big Sis and husband visit

Hi readers

Big twin sis and Steve stayed at F603 hotel for 5 days
Some of the sights taken in Delhi and Agra in the short time here
It rained for 3 days after they left for Aussie land , so someone must of been watching for them or its just lucky like that .


Mr Blender came out on the sunday to act as leader of the pack on some places not yet discovered by the goras and steve and Mr Blender managed some live transport in Delhi

Agra and the Taj had to be done by the trio and we rounded of the short trip with an Indian meal in one of the malls, very nice it was too but Pimms Lady's sis managed to take a bit of India with her to Aussie , only the free slight bit of Delhi Belly . Did we miss that out in the guide book?

Bunty cooked his famed chilly chicken and a fantasic side dish of onion curry and eggs, boy of many talents

Steve managed to find Mrs Pimms next transport, but dont know about the roads and the hills though with the work involved so out looking for another type.

Update 11th Feb

Ram Ram, People out there

Been a busy few weeks with manicures, pedicures oh and twin sis and Hubby visiting for a few days.
5 days in delhi is nowhere near enough to get used to the roads, they even managed the amusement park equavalent out here, a drive back from Agra having seen the old relics



The locals put on a song and dance for us

Went to the parade on Independance Day and was surprised to have to go through security
Guess's for what it is can be posted here , free accomodation in F603 hotel as the prize along with some mild delhi belly



Every one saw a bit more of Delhi but we failed to find this emporium , the hunt is on
Meanwhile true to his name Mr blender now blends in with the locals and has even started on a few hindi words , "Chiddea Tatti" none the less


All for now , update of twin sis and hubby and some more transport adventures later this week
