I am not dead yet !

Hello readers, Mr Blenders is back

Well one has to work in the land of sacred cows and colourful scenery
I know bad grammer
Spotted a strange man wearing a fly me T shirt on a scooter, registration was 0747
Definately a good bit of thought gone into that.
Must be a Pilot , any comments ?

Meanwhile we have been to the UK for a small get together on a lovely couples BIG day.
Wonder why the Bride is rushing away soooooo fast with her new husband? Could she let us know as we couldn't get a good shot and the gravel in the carpark is still being shipped back from Luton.

Fantastic day with lots of sun from Delhi, Mr Blenders imported and customs didn't charge anything.
Gave a 100rps to the teacher at ourtable as she was telling her class all about India and its difference to the UK. Even told her what it was worth out here ( a days wages to the labourer or even our part time Housekeeper , Bunty)
Hope the class are impressed that you meet such intresting people

Spent a fortune on pants for Mrs Pimms and the young Miss Pimms, soon to be Mrs
Not overpants but underpants though they could be underpants covered by overpants or they might be overpants that are underpants, but you need to be in modest India to understand that

Good to see all you people back in blighty although have to appologise for taking the weather back with me , only 35 degrees today , but it did rain yesterday ( at night)
Come on ex work people, cheer up as its life out here
And Laura, yes that was Mr Blenders that paid you a visit , just a little bit of what he used to be before the big orange machine got hold of him , just wait till the next time you see me
The two pack will turn into a four pack, cant work too hard to make the six
Mrs Pimms will be ready for the tv programme by then ?

Well back in Gurgaon
Bunty cleaned up and the Mali managed to move the plants back into the house. All bar one but will show you that next time if you comment!!
Think it might be our family out here

Denis this is the sum of my gardening on 500rps a month, only thing is you can't eat them as only house plants and around 12 of them and Gerrard comes in 4 times a week to water, feed, move then around and dig up the soil, what a star.
Even clips Mary's Bush, the old money tree on the balcony??

Hope those that got one are suitably impressed at the extremely expensive, no monies saved, extremely hard to get out of a tin shack, with the rigt spillink, gorgeous lilac invites, disguised as a bar of chocolate!
Thanks Alen you ............................... Please comment on what you think should be here? piccie later.
Please do not eat them as you will get stomach crambs that may result in a bit of "Delhi Belly"
There again could somepeople that are not coming along consume this and use it as an excuse, we will understand. Honest guv!

Start counting down to Mr Blenders speech on the day , thanks to Marrions stepdad for some hints and tips and what was that about A1, is it a road or a cell or just an expression ?

And now For something completely different

Meanwhile whats with the title?
But before that, sorry to my Finnish friends . Heh you can take a joke or two
Well its based on a well known show in the west end that starts about Finland
You know the one

In Finland boy we like to drink
Because its never, never ever hot
We start to drink one winters day
And end up finishing sometime in May
And then , we start again as like it or not
To down a schnapps it is an art
And the downside is it makes you %*^t
To sup some more now thats not fair
Oops I fallen , down the stairs
Well you will just have to go and see for yourself and dont forget the bottle of champers as Mrs Pimms laughed her distintive laugh before, during and after it!

I think the gym intructor will like the T shirt or "I,m not dead yet" , might make we work a bit harder though

Well its a bye to a cloudy rainy blighty and will leave you with the old tower bridge to ponder all your thoughts on

Meanwhile

"I'm not dead yet" but will be after the gym on saturday

Last days in gods Country and a little bit more

Hello blog readers

Well the end of our brief trip to kerela with the place that takes a bit of practice to say
First though its whats the brits do on hols best, at least we scotians saw it coming and decided time for a G&T

Fantasic beach and a good end to the hols, just wonder where all the people are on the beach though, will we go back?
Yep , hopefully.

Moved onto see the temples and sights of the big city ,
wont let you into this one but fantasic carvings all over. usual guides trying the soft well in Kerela
Managed to get our carved elephants at a reasonable 200rps each and eat lots of onion bajy's form the street vendors.

Well after a wee break time to get back to work for both of us,
Mrs Pimms entertaining the S&M group (Sewing and muttering as could not thing of one for (Twisted Threads ) on a coffee morning and poor Mr Blender having to spend a few days down in some place called GOA on a management meeting, had to cool off with a sail and swim after a tough time with a fantastic group of people

Just to top the weeks after the hols we got an invite to taste
some more culture from our Indian friends. First Hindi Wedding
and what a special celebration it was. Take note for this september all the party goers, that Mrs Pimms and Mr Blender are practicing the routines for the Hindi dances having been dancing in the street. More on that next update

And finally the question of is this legal?
I don't think it is, as
1- It didn't cover the driver
2-Driver has no head protection
3-He would not be able to see if it rains as the wipers are missing
Still waiting to catch the family of 4 and a dog on the bike , but I am sure it will come along soon

Namaste , or bye as we are back to the UK for a few weeks

Messing about on the water

Hello people

Its the Maddama and her Sayip once again , still on the lazy, sultry holiday in Kerela

Just had to have a little cruise on a boat we nicknamed, "Queen Mary"
Its the way you feel sitting in a comfy chair, drinking a fresh coconut whilst chugging along the backwaters

Lots of nature and India's sights to see, and all under the
safe hands of our Captain and his first mate, Mr Blender

Mr Blender taking a well earned rest having navigated the
dangerous seas and dodged the other boats and the ducks,
thought it better to get into Nature's way by seeing off lots
of Kingfisher

Meanwhile, far away from anywhere right next to a paddy field, as the sun goes down and the mossies come out to play. Top tip -remember the mossie spray for the cabin the next time as both of us got up to itchies and scratches in the morning

Well All for now as next we go to Thiruvananthapurram or Trivandum for those that can't say it

Backwaters

Hi

Well still having a hard time in Kerela
Relaxing, reading and just taking in the sun

Took a little boat up the rivers and channels to see some of the life , driver was excellent and only seven, his dad helped him though.

Lots of this happening on the way , and people in the water, swimming along with fishing nets just infront of thier boats
Bit different from Loch Long fishing

Afterwards a little drink , fresh and natural out of its own container and just plucked/chopped from the Jungle, well this ones healthy and unlike the little stalls along the road, alchohol free!! All for now , where next , I know we were both looking forward to it
