Yet another one

Hello says Mrs back in blighty now and what a busy week it was in India
Gym, shopping, eating out , more shopping and gym again followed by nails , shopping and gym and a bit more eating, dinner in the Raddison, more gym and nails , face massage , eyebrows plucked and a few more pluckings.
Just where does it stop this hectic life

Mr
left in India to earn the groats.

Leftover dinners in the tupperware boxes to make life easy.

For those that don't know Mr B, he is one of these new age travelers who is planning his journey to the islands soon to hug a barrel.
xxx gottles of Islay's finest after the angels share 2-3% he's told.
His has got the three numbers and honest, not yet into counting "days" as still on "years" to wait.
Meanwhile he is keeping a close eye via the webcam on his maturing barrel of 56% ish, non chill filtered.

Anyone goes near it and its an instant call to the distillery and the local constable to "nab the blaggers" as they would say in Delhi.

Apparently its lots of water on this one when it hits the whisky glass.
Well that will be better than the diet coke in blenders pride .
Now thats a party everyone will want an invite too, he just has to think of a decent name to decorate the bottles with.
Decent Whisky?
Mine's a half?
The long wait?
Nippie Sweetie?

Nothing much has happened to it yet apart from letting it take all the taste out of the barrel as seen on the webcams, you can check it out on yourself http://www.bruichladdich.com/

There is also another mixed case maturing that carries a bit of a health warning

Quadruple Distilled

In March 2006 the first ever Quadruple distilled single malt was made at 90% alcohol.X4 - PERILOUS WHISKY - A legendary quadruple distillation - usquebaugh-baul is the highest strength single malt spirit ever. From the oldest tasting note by Martin Martin in 1695: "…the first taste affects all the members of the body: two spoonfuls of this last liquor is a sufficient dose; and if any man should exceed this, it would presently stop his breath, and endanger his life.”.

So thats at least 2014, before the "teaspoon or a lot of water and a splash of this stuff party"
They used to call drinking sippers in the Navy , so it will be one of those parties

Where's Islay you ask, look up a map and find out yourself !
Do you want me to do all the work ?

On a last note and to make you smile
A VIP toilet here in India.

Namaste

Mr Blenders
