Alternate quote of the day

22 Sept 2007

Saturday in Gurgaon

Well Mrs Pimms has returned to the heat and the dust
Still a little jet logged as a long day when you come back from the UK
About a 24 hr trip including the train and having to leave the other home at 3pm

Been shopping today and got one of those card reader thingies for the photos

Lets wind back to the ramp up to the big day with the hen night
wedding bus. A group of hens all dressed up and ready to party

Even Champers on tap in the party Bus

And it was a posh bus , although you can get one for free to take you to Malki's on Alki Beach ,
now where is that everyone? So long as you eat there that is

Meanwhile you ask what about the big day?
The wedding was a fantasic week as said before, victuals were delivered or taken to the fort for the monday so all we had to do was enjoy ourselves all week .

As you can see more than enough for
Mrs Pimms and Mr Bruichladdich/Blenders. well it was just right

Air Guitar along for the PS2 even joined in as it was the favourite game for the Bride and Groom, untill they returned and found the Wii that little brother and the bridesmaid had bought them, cool pressie they say
Found out today that Star wars will be released on the Wii, so get them lightsaibers charged and start practising all you Jeddi Knoghts with lots of force and a few beers.

Rather than give you the big wedding will give you the other breaking F603 news today
Mrs Pimms has had to buy some bright yellow rubber gloves to clean the...................................

dishes with.
I know you just couldn't read any further Marion and Alen!!
Well Alen at least

We fired our housekeeper today. About time.
Monies went missing and he was the only other person who had been in the house.
Of course he denied it but as the trap had been laid, and he took the bait, it had to happen.
He did go very quietly which was a little strange , no begging or any of the stuff he did when I have told him off before.
Perhaps its the 6ft 2 scots people that have this effect.
We will of course deduct monies from the last payment he is due at the end of the month.
He has also been told that he must not work for any expats here or will report him to the police.
Just to make sure he does not rip anyone else off.

Some people just don't undertand when they are onto a good thing, hopefully he will learn.
Now we have to look for someone just to visit a few times a week rather than a live outside the appartment person.
Well Mrs Pimms has to think of her nails after all and has already booked the full treatment next week.

Namaste to everyone and a very happy Mr & Mrs Such
